Über den Kelpie wurde in den letzten Wochen schon alles gesagt - oder vielleicht doch nicht? Hier ist endlich mein Interview mit dem Meister selbst, Dr. Bill Lumsden, Chef-Nase von Ardbeg und Glenmorangie. Denn der war extra nach Berlin gekommen. Großer Auftritt in Berlin: Der Kelpie wird vorgestellt Gibt es unter den Ardbeg-Fans noch jemanden, der Dr. Bill nicht kennt? - Wahrscheinlich nicht, denn Bill  gehört zu jener Sorte Menschen, die andere begeistern können und Eindruck hinterlassen. Whisky-Tastings sind seit Jahren unglaublich geliebt, und leider derzeit nur noch online möglich. Doch ebenso wie der Whisky selbst sind auch die Tastings einem Wandel unterworfen. Welche Arten der Tasting-Möglichkeiten gibt es überhaupt - und welche Formate sind derzeit gerade besonders angesagt? Whisky-Tastings sind einfach eine Klasse Sache. Die Standard-Abfüllungen der Classic Malts muss man nun wirklich nicht mehr vorstellen - die kennt man als Whisky-Fan zu genüge. Doch wenn die richtigen Leute zum Tasting einladen, kann  sogar ein alter Hut zum kurzweiligen und unterhaltsamen Abendprogramm werden. Und am Ende gab es auch noch eine Überraschung für alle.
